Job summary

Lindmark Billboards is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Land Lease Manager with real estate and lease duties in an office setting. You will help identify sites, analyze revenue, obtain permits, and manage correspondence and reports.

You will also handle lease data, communicate with lessors, and coordinate with accounting on check requests and changes. Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) is required plus two years of related experience; including high-level administrative duties and account management/reporting.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skill of: Microsoft Windows environment, Internet browsers, Outlook.
  • Must possess great attention to detail, strong organization skills, and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once, meet tight deadlines under pressure, manage heavy inbox workload efficiently, work independently and as part of a team, follow instructions.

Position Summary

Supports the Land Lease Manager in all duties related to land lease/real estate issues.

Essential Job Functions and Tasks-

  • Manages land lease data on the website and server. Maintains all related records.
  • Prepares check requests as needed and notifies the accounting department of any changes.
  • Performs similar or related duties as required or assigned.
Work Environment

This work environment is an office-like setting with moderate noise.

Physical Demands

Requirements
