Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a real estate professional to grow the company’s leased and owned billboard portfolio. You will identify sites, negotiate leases, manage renewals, and coordinate with zoning officials across New Mexico.

Travel is required; expect a dynamic workload with permitting and acquisitions tasks. Required experience includes 1–3 years in commercial real estate or lease management, with a preference for a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required, plus 1–3 years in commercial real estate, site acquisition or lease management.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases.
• Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites.
• Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations.
• Apply for permits at local and state level.
• Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed.
• Assist with acquisitions as needed.
