Qualifications

• 1–3 years in commercial real estate, site acquisition or lease management.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases.
• Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites.
• Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations.
• Apply for permits at local and state levels.
• Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed.
• Assist with acquisitions as needed.
