Job summary

Lindmark Companies is seeking a land leasing and site acquisition professional to grow our real estate portfolio in Texas and Oklahoma. You will identify lease sites, negotiate terms, and manage existing leases while coordinating with zoning authorities and developers.

This role requires 1–3 years in commercial real estate or site development, a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), and willingness to travel extensively. Proficiency with basic software and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Put your land leasing, real estate, or site acquisition experience into working in a different and exciting industry! Help our company grow one land lease at a time in Texas and Oklahoma. This position handles all functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. Responsibilities include finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel across Texas and Oklahoma is required. Salary based on experience + competitive bonus package, Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with 1-3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or property/lease management experience.

A bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.
