Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in the real estate field with related areas.
• Knowledge of federal relocation regulations and statutory requirements.
• Valid Class D Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct purchase activities in District 1 in a timely manner.
• Assist with consultant management and property management tasks.
• Support relocation programs for MnDOT and partner agencies.
