• Licensure as Wisconsin and Minnesota Real Estate Agent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work remotely on projects across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support right‑of‑way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for energy projects.
• Establish trust and build long‑term relationships with landowners.
• Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, licenses, and permits.
• Prepare agreement documents and permitting forms for projects.
• Represent the company at public meetings before governmental agencies.
