Job summary

Minnesota Department of Transportation is seeking a Right-of-Way professional for District 1 to conduct direct purchase activities in compliance with federal and state relocation and property acquisition laws. The role includes assisting the Principal Engineer with consultant and property management tasks and supporting relocation program administration for MnDOT or partnering agencies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in the real estate field that includes two or more of the following areas: relocations, property management relating to leases and/or permits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct purchase activities throughout District 1 in a timely manner in accordance with Federal and Minnesota statutes and MnDOT policies.
• Assist the Principal Engineer with consultant management and property management tasks.
• Administer the Relocation Program for MnDOT and/or other agencies when MnDOT acts as their agent.
