Responsibilities

  • Examine recordable instruments for statutory compliance and record or reject documents.
  • Issue rejection statements and assist customers via phone, email or in person.
  • Scan documents, perform data entry, process fees and transfer taxes, balance transactions daily.
  • Archive records across formats; retrieve copies and re-file from storage, on-site or off-site.
  • Notarize standard real estate documents and maintain notary commission.
  • Perform any and all duties as assigned.
