Cushman & Wakefield in Sacramento is seeking a Project Manager for Project & Development Services to oversee design, planning and construction of real estate facilities, ensuring client goals and budgets are met. You will manage scope, schedules, drawings, budgets, and vendor coordination across project phases, ensuring milestones and client needs are fulfilled.

Require a Bachelor’s in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of PM experience, plus

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Experience in client relations and consulting.
• Autonomously manage complete projects from onset to completion.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project deliverables: scope, scheduling, drawings, and budgets.
• Proactively manage project issues.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution and completion meet targets.
• Maintain high quality standards and organized files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, track budgets and timelines.
• Advise on approvals for organizational changes and expenditures.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs/RFPs and review invoices.
• Keep building management informed of progress.
