Unknown Client, a global real estate investment manager, seeks a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst to join its asset management team. The role contributes to the firm's valuations program, supports asset and business strategy across properties, monitors performance against benchmarks, and helps prepare investor and senior management reporting for a diverse institutional investor base.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in real estate asset management, real estate valuations/consulting, acquisitions, or investment banking with a real estate M&A focus preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team orientation with the ability to collaborate across functions

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the firm's quarterly and annual valuations program, including coordination with internal teams and third-party valuation providers
• Support the development and ongoing refinement of asset and business strategy for properties across the portfolio
• Monitor asset and portfolio performance against budget, underwriting, and market benchmarks
• Prepare and assist in the production of investor reporting materials and senior management presentations
• Analyze property-level financial statements, market data, and operating metrics to support decision-making
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
