Job summary

TheMenkitiGroup Sales Team is seeking a dedicated real estate advisor to guide clients through every phase of property ownership in the DC metro region. You will provide strategic consultations that map immediate housing needs to long-term financial goals and manage ongoing portfolio planning beyond settlements.

Collaborate with in-house mortgage and insurance pillars to deliver end-to-end real estate solutions in a high-touch environment focused on lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Washington, D.C., Maryland, or Virginia (multi-jurisdiction licensing preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience with a track record of consultative client management.
• Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional teamwork and holistic client service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep intake consultations mapping immediate housing needs to long-term financial and equity goals.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, downsizing, and investing with roadmaps, CMAs, and customized launch plans.
• Partner with Mission Mortgage and Town & Country Insurance Group to align financing and asset protection from Day 1.
• Conduct annual home equity reviews and portfolio planning sessions to maintain multi-year client relationships.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute buyer representation agreements, exclusive listings, offers, and addenda with compliance.
• Maintain SLA-driven turnaround times on initial strategy deliverables.
• Demonstrate adaptability with internal platforms and risk-compliant digital workflows.
