The Menkiti Group Sales Team seeks a proactive Home Advisor to guide clients through every phase of property ownership, from initial consultation to ongoing portfolio optimization. You will act as a lifelong advisor, coordinating with in-house mortgage and insurance pillars to align housing strategies with long-term wealth goals.

Qualifications

• Active, multi-jurisdiction Real Estate License (DC/MD/VA) preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience with consultative client management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across mortgage and insurance teams.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive client consultation to map housing needs to long-term financial goals.
• Lifecycle property representation including buying, selling, downsizing, and investing with roadmaps and CMA.
• Collaborate with Mission Mortgage and Town & Country Insurance Group to align financing and protection with real estate strategy.
• Post-settlement advisory through annual equity reviews and portfolio planning sessions.
• Draft and negotiate buyer representation agreements, exclusive listings, and offers with compliance and protection of client interests.
• Adhere to SLA Playbook with 24- to 48-hour turnarounds on initial strategy deliverables.
