You’ll work within an integrated real estate ecosystem, coordinating with internal mortgage and insurance pillars to optimize financing and asset protection for buyers, sellers, and investors.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in DC/MD/VA (multi-jurisdiction licensing preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional teamwork and holistic client service.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Client Consultation to map housing needs to long-term financial goals.
• Lifecycle Property Representation guiding buy/sell/investment decisions with structured roadmaps.
• Cross-Functional Ecosystem Collaboration with Mortgage and Insurance groups from initial discovery.
• Post-Settlement Advisory including annual equity reviews and portfolio planning.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute representation agreements and purchase offers with precision.
• Adhere to SLA Playbook ensuring timely strategy deliverables.
