Job summary

TheMenkitiGroup Sales Team in the Washington, D.C. area seeks a Lead Real Estate Agent to drive production and brand leadership for company-owned portfolio listings.

You will manage urban infill developments and high-value transactions, guiding VIP clients with sophisticated deal structures. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of residential sales leadership, tri-jurisdiction licensing, and a proven portfolio-management track record.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in DC, MD, and VA or agreement to obtain full licensure in all three within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 5+ years of active residential real estate sales with leadership or high-volume production experience.
• Documented experience managing in-house property portfolios and VIP clientele.

Responsibilities

• Lead listing agent for company-owned portfolio, driving pricing strategy, positioning, and disposition across all inventory.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions including multi-party deals, land development, 1031 exchanges, and VIP acquisitions.
• Serve as lead advisor for high-net-worth clients and corporate stakeholders, delivering high-touch consultations that align transactions with long-term portfolio goals.
• Mentor producing team members and share best practices for complex deal structures and client scenarios.
• Oversee and supervise buyer representation agreements, exclusive listings, and complex addenda with attention to legal and regulatory precision.
