The Menkiti Group is seeking an exceptionally polished Lead Real Estate Agent to drive production and serve as the brand ambassador for our portfolio. Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia or plan to obtain all three within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 5+ years of active residential real estate sales with leadership/mentorship or high-volume production experience.
• Documented experience managing in-house property portfolios, new construction development sales, and VIP clientele.
• Ecosystem mindset: integrating sales, mortgage, and insurance into long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, go-to listing agent for company-owned portfolio inventory across corporate assets; drive pricing, positioning and disposition.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute highly complex transactions including multi-party deals, land development acquisitions, and 1031 exchanges.
• Lead advisory for high-net-worth individuals, corporate stakeholders, and VIP clients with a polished, high-touch approach.
• Mentor team members and share best practices for navigating complex deal structures and client scenarios.
• Oversee and draft buyer representation agreements, exclusive listing contracts, purchase agreements and complex addenda with precision.
• Co-lead client strategy sessions with Mission Mortgage Loan Officers and Town & Country Insurance Advisors for integrated solutions.
• Maintain strict SLA-like turnarounds for strategy presentations, market evaluations, and client deliverables.
