Qualifikationen

• Active Real Estate License in DC, MD, and VA, or current license with plan to obtain full licensure in all three within 30 days.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary listing agent for company-owned portfolio inventory and drive pricing strategy and disposition across assets.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex multi-party transactions including land development and high-value VIP acquisitions.
• Lead advisory for high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, delivering a polished, high-touch experience.
• Mentor producing team members and share best practices for complex deal structures and client scenarios.
• Oversee and execute buyer representation agreements, exclusive listings, and purchase agreements with professional compliance.
• Co-lead client strategy sessions with Mission Mortgage Loan Officers and Town & Country Insurance Advisors.
