Westminster is seeking aStrategic Platform Support Analyst/Associate in New Jersey to maintain and enhance real‑estate tech, including Yardi and EliseAI. You will collaborate with Property Management, Accounting, and Technology teams to improve workflows and reporting while exploring responsible AI solutions.

The role supports platform ownership, cross‑functional initiatives, and documentation. Strong knowledge of real‑estate operations and platform testing is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years supporting Yardi, EliseAI, or real-estate accounting platforms.
• Strong platform-support, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of real-estate operations (management, accounting, development).
• Proficient with generative AI tools and responsible handling of data.
• Strong Excel and reporting; SQL experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Yardi, EliseAI, and other real-estate platforms with user support and reporting.
• Prioritize platform requests, investigate issues, coordinate with vendors and teams.
• Support and improve real-estate systems used by multiple business units.
• Translate business needs into system configurations and test plans.
• Coordinate testing, releases, upgrades, and new property setups.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for automation and adoption.
• Evaluate and scale AI tools with guardrails for adoption.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve support, documentation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, platform owners, vendors, and tech teams.
