Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to create 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will manage a core territory, schedule scans with Matterport Pro3 cameras, and produce marketing-ready imagery for residential properties.

The role involves collaboration with sales, logistics, and management teams. The position requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service with a client-first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License/Certification within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time-management and detail-orientation.
• Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet apps, and Apple IOS.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and footprints to support Homes.com and Apartments.com marketing.
• Create a portfolio of photographs showcasing homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management to set priorities.
• Navigate grids to ensure complete commercial data coverage and identify new inventory.
