Job summary

CoStar Group seeks an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and property photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. This role covers defined territories with opportunities to shoot residential and select commercial properties, collaborating with sales, logistics, and management.

The ideal candidate brings real estate photography experience, a FAA Part 107 license, strong communication, and independent work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• FAA Part 107 drone license or certification must be obtained within 30 days of offer.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3.
• Create compelling photography portfolios to showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure comprehensive data coverage.
• Follow safety standards for vehicle and equipment use.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
