Job summary

CoStar Group in Seattle, WA seeks an Associate Photographer to deliver 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and property photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will operate Matterport Pro3 cameras, scanners, and photography gear across assigned territories.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong client-facing skills. You’ll join a fast-paced, safety-conscious team with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
Real Estate Photography experience required.
Experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned photography degree.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license to be obtained within 30 days of offer.
Strong time management and detail orientation.
Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass driving record check.

Responsibilities

Capture 3D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 and photography gear.
Create a portfolio of property photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management to align priorities.
Survey market areas and identify new inventory for photography coverage.
Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
