Job summary

CoStar Group in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Associate Photographer to capture 3-D tours, floor plans, and high-quality residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Travel within defined markets and collaborate with scheduling and sales teams.

You will operate Matterport Pro3 and DSLR gear, maintain safety standards, and deliver compelling visuals that support property marketing while representing CoStar professionally.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• FAA Part 107 drone license/certification within 30 days of offer.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service with a client-first mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites.
• Excellent communication and data-entry capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours, footprints, and residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate appointments with scheduling and dispatch teams and meet client demands.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, sales, and management.
• Navigate grids to cover market properties and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow safety standards and represent CoStar professionally.
