Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Seattle, WA to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and high-quality residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will service a defined territory, work with clients and internal teams, and ensure accurate data coverage while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires real estate photography experience, strong time-management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography with FAA Part 107 license/certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport and photography for residential homes.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments for marketing.
• Coordinate with scheduling, dispatch, and sales teams to meet client needs.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management to align priorities.
