Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to cover Tacoma, WA, focusing on real estate photography and 3-D virtual tours. You will use Matterport Pro3 cameras to capture tours and floor plans, plus residential photography for marketing purposes.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with sales, scheduling, and management teams in a client‑centric setting.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience required.
• Minimum 2 years professional photography experience.
• FAA Part 107 drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Valid driver's license and driving record clean.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans with Matterport Pro3.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Identify new inventory and photo opportunities while ensuring data accuracy.
