Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. seeks an Associate Photographer in Albuquerque to capture high-quality 3-D virtual tours, floorplans, and residential photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

You'll work with Matterport Pro3 cameras, professional gear, and a tablet to showcase listings for a defined market. You will collaborate with clients, sales, and logistics while maintaining data accuracy in a fast-paced, independent environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional photography experience, with real estate focus.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or recent photography degree.
• High School Diploma/GED; driver’s license.
• FAA Part 107 drone license/certification within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; data entry capability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient with Windows, MS Office, internet apps, and iOS.

Responsibilities

• Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of property photography to showcase listings.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Operate within CoStar safety standards and professional conduct.
• Navigate grids to ensure complete market coverage and identify new inventory.
• Represent CoStar professionally during client interactions and calls.
