CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer in Brick, NJ to capture 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and property photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

The role involves traveling to assignments, using Matterport Pro3, and delivering high-quality imagery for marketing purposes. The candidate should have real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service with a client-first mindset.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• FAA Part 107 drone license needed within 30 days of offer.

Responsabilités

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints using Matterport Pro3.
• Create photo portfolios to showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
• Navigate one-mile grid areas to ensure data coverage.
