CoStar Group, Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Associate Photographer to produce 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

You will service a defined territory, scan homes with Matterport Pro3, and capture marketing-ready images for residential properties. The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Drone photography with FAA Part 107 license preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED; photography training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D tours and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify inventory and ensure data coverage in assigned area.
• Follow safety standards and represent CoStar professionally.
• Participate in calls with sales and research teams.
