Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is looking for an Associate Photographer in Brick Township, NJ, to capture high-quality 3-D virtual tours and photographs of residential properties. This role will also involve photographing commercial properties and working closely with clients and teams.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of professional photography experience and strong customer service skills. Compensation includes an hourly wage equivalent to $49,000–$50,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience, preferably in real-estate photography.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; successful completion of a driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints of homes and apartments.
• Create a portfolio of photographs for residential spaces.
• Navigate grids for comprehensive commercial real-estate data and photograph properties as needed.
