Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer in Athens, GA to capture 3-D virtual tours, floorplans, and professional imagery for Homes.com and Apartments.com.

You will service a defined territory, schedule appointments, and photograph residential properties while maintaining high quality standards. The role requires real estate photography experience, a FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer, or a degree in photography.
• FAA Part 107 license to operate drones within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and internet apps.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Work with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Navigate grids to ensure complete commercial data coverage.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph.
• Abide by safety standards to safeguard vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
