Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer in Memphis, TN to capture 3-D virtual tours, floorplans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. The role covers residential properties within an assigned territory, coordinating with clients and teams.

You will operate Matterport Pro3 cameras, scan properties, and deliver marketing-ready imagery. Candidates should have real estate photography experience, a FAA Part 107 license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

Real estate photography experience required.
FAA Part 107 license or certification within 30 days of offer.
Owns a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D tours and footprints.
Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
Communicate professionally with clients and management to set priorities.
Identify new inventory and properties to photograph in assigned territory.
Follow safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
