Qualifications

• 2+ years professional photography experience is required.
• Real estate photography experience is required.
• Experience as a professional photographer or a recent degree in photography.

• FAA Part 107 Drone License required within 30 days of offer.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floorplans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Build a photography portfolio showcasing homes and apartments for marketing.
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Cover commercial real estate data through photography when not in residential spaces.
• Identify new inventory and properties to photograph.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicles and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
