Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer for Madison, WI to create 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You’ll cover defined territories, scanning homes with Matterport Pro3 and capturing marketing-quality images for listings.

The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and a FAA Part 107 license within 30 days of offer. Travel and weekend work may be required in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Candidate must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• FAA Part 107 Drone License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 5 pounds and work in varied seasons.

Responsibilities

• Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, researchers, and management to set priorities and tasks.
• Identify new inventory and properties to be photographed.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
