Hoye & Duane Real Estate Attorneys in Quincy, MA is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys through residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will prepare and organize legal documents, coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, and title companies, review agreements, assist with title work, and prepare closing packages.

This role is full-time and on-site.

Qualificações

• Ability to prepare and manage legal documents for real estate transactions.
• Experience conducting due diligence, reviewing property records, and coordinating title searches.
• Knowledge of title insurance processes and working with title companies.
• Understanding of commercial real estate transactions and related timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication with clients, lenders, brokers, and colleagues.
• Proficiency with QUALIA and real estate/legal case management tools.
• Prior real estate paralegal experience is required.

Responsabilidades
