Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, commercial lending, or transactional paralegal work.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing procedures.
• Prior law firm experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial real estate and lending transactions including closing.
• Prepare and organize closing documents and transaction checklists.
• Draft and manage legal documents like mortgages and promissory notes.
