Job summary

Condon Tobin Sladek Sparks Nerenberg seeks a real estate paralegal to support attorneys in coordinating and supervising all aspects of real estate transactions. You will interact with clients and title companies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, title commitments, leases, and related documents; assisting with acquisitions, dispositions, loan closings, and post-closing matters; preparing financing statements and transfer

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years real estate transactional experience.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program is a plus.
Proficiency with real estate databases, internet research, MS Office; iManage and ProLaw experience helpful.
Strong initiative with analytical, technical, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Review/summary of contracts, critical dates and due diligence materials.
Review/analysis/summary of title commitments, underlying title documents and surveys.
Review/summary of leases and other real estate documents.
Prepare/coordinate and assist with documentation for acquisitions, dispositions and loan closings and post-closing requirements.
Prepare financing statements, releases and transfer documents.
Electronically record documents and maintain electronic matter files.
