Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Paralegal based in Red Bank, NJ. The Real Estate Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting due diligence, managing title insurance, handling leases, and working with commercial real estate transactions. The candidate will assist attorneys in safeguarding legal interests and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, mortgages, deeds, and closing documents.

• Experience with Title Insurance and managing related processes.

• Strong open and effective communication with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals.

• Ability to track deadlines, manage files, and coordinate the closing process.

• Knowledge of conducting title searches.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Previous experience in a real estate law firm is desirable.
