Responsibilities

As a Permanent Paralegal (Real Estate), you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team with various real estate transactions and projects. Your responsibilities will include

• Reviewing and preparing real estate documents, including loan documents, foreclosure documents, and title work.
• Assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, from inception to closing.
• Conducting comprehensive research on property, zoning, title, and other relevant issues.
• Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Managing and organizing large volumes of complex documents; creating and maintaining files and databases.
• Preparing and filing legal documents with appropriate entities.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Providing administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and drafting correspondence.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Paralegal (Real Estate) position, you should possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in the Real Estate sector in a law firm, environment
• Proficient knowledge of foreclosure, loan documents, title work, and entity documents.
• A Bachelors Degree is required. Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
• Exceptional research skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
