Position: Paralegal - Real Estate + Development Team

The Boston office of Robinson & Cole LLP, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our Real Estate + Development team in Boston, MA.

This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including:

1. Review of title commitments and surveys
2. Filing and ordering documents from the MA Secretary of State
3. Ordering and reviewing UCC, bankruptcy, and litigation searches
4. Preparing closing documents and due diligence review
5. Preparing closing binders and drafting routine correspondence and documents

Knowledge of affordable housing and commercial finance is a plus. Experience with commercial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions is helpful.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and ability to prioritize tasks
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Initiative, anticipation of needs, and adherence to detailed procedures
• Flexibility for overtime
• Paralegal certificate
