Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal at Levacy Legal (10+ years experience). The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal tasks, including drafting complex legal documents (ex: loan documents, commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, asset sales, business documents, etc.), managing transactions and closings, keeping the attorneys organized and providing administrative support to the legal team where necessary.You will be required to turn around items on a short timeline.
