Qualifications

• Experience as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• 5 years of paralegal experience, including 2+ as a commercial real estate paralegal.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
• Prepare and maintain closing checklist.
• Support aspects of lending transactions
• Prepare/Draft documents necessary to satisfy title requirements
• Perform title survey and zoning verification.
• Issue policies and endorsements.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal issues related to real estate and corporate matters.
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including contracts, agreements, leases, closing documents, letters of intent, and corporate filings.
• Management of post-closing matters ensuring all involved parties are informed and documents are accurately executed.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
• Engage professionally and effectively in communication with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of legal amendments and regulatory shifts pertinent to real estate and corporate law, actively sharing insights and updates with the team.
