Job summary

Trustpoint.One in Orlando, FL seeks a commercial real estate paralegal to support land acquisitions and dispositions, review title commitments, surveys and legal descriptions, and prepare closing documents and trackers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years CRE paralegal experience in a law firm, strong title and contract administration skills, and comfort coordinating closings, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Strong title, survey, and contract administration experience
• Experience supporting developers and/or homebuilders strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple transactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as iManage or comparable platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Salary: Starting at $75,000 and up, depending on experience

MUST have Commercial Real Estate experience to be considered.
