A leading law firm is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal in Atlanta to provide high-level support in real estate transactions, particularly with low-income housing tax credits. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and strong organizational skills. Arnall Golden Gregory LLP ("AGG"), an Am Law 200 law firm with offices in Atlanta and Washington, D.C., is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal in the Atlanta office who will provide high-level paralegal support to attorneys in the firm's Real Estate department with experience working closely with low-income housing tax credits, affordable housing and other real estate transactions with financing from entities such as the Urban Residential Finance Authority of the City of Atlanta, the Atlanta Housing Opportunity, Inc., the Department of Housing and Urban Development and state tax credit agencies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of ten (10) years' experience as a paralegal with heavy emphasis on real estate transactions in a law firm or in the real estate industry.
