Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing law firm in Haddonfield, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive paralegal experience, the ability to work independently, and the skills to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on paralegal experience in a law firm environment
• Experience with NetDocuments strongly preferred
• Experience with Centerbase highly desirable
• Ability to manage matters independently and learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills

Preferred Background:

• Real Estate and Title experience
• Experience supporting transactional legal matters
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal training
