Job Description

Paralegal Tasks:

• Insurance Renewals
• All the Annual Reports for every entity
• Forming out equity grant documents;
• Forming out convertible notes, warrants and other convertible securities;
• Fully compiling transaction documents for a variety of equity financing transactions; and
• Maintenance of portfolio company records.
• Setting up Portfolio Companies
• UCC Searches
• Insurance Audits
• Dealing with the public filings
• Trademarks

Education, Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor\'s degree from a top school
1+ years\' corporate paralegal experience

Paralegal Certificate

Soft Skills / Must Haves

• Someone very organized
• Very good with spreadsheets and excel
• Someone with experience but who is moldable
• Someone who is curious and takes initiative
• Someone who is good with technology
• Added bonus if they are a Notary or willing to become one
• Strong oral and written communication skills
