Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is assisting a respected law firm in Wilmington, Delaware for an urgent full-time temporary paralegal position focusing on personal injury and workers' compensation matters.

This on-site role requires handling case documents, communications with clients and medical providers, and supporting attorneys from inception through resolution. Start ASAP; duration at least 6 months with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury and/or workers' compensation law.
• Strong understanding of case management and legal documentation.
• Experience with court filings and litigation support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Neos, iManage, or similar case management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with personal injury and workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement materials.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties.
• Obtain and review medical records and case-related documentation.

Beacon Hill is hiring an experienced Temporary Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Paralegal for an urgent opportunity with a respected law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. This full-time temporary position is expected to last at least six months and requires 40 hours per week.

Location: Wilmington, DE (location with free parking). Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; primarily onsite. Duration: At least 6 months. Start Date: ASAP.
