$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative group of 11 attorneys and 2.5 legal assistants, contributing to a supportive environment where your skills and ideas are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist attorneys with various legal tasks, including drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.

- Prepare and e-file documents for state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with all procedures and regulations.

- Manage case files and maintain organized records for easy access and review.

- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed.

- Contribute to team initiatives and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal environment.

- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a related field is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficient in legal research tools and document preparation software.

- Enjoy a professional yet relaxed culture, where casual attire like jeans and sneakers is welcomed alongside more formal wear.
