A leading home health care provider is seeking a Paralegal to support legal and administrative programs. The Paralegal provides legal support for administrative programs, including researching regulatory and compliance matters, preparing documents for correspondence, supporting business development through due diligence, reviewing and summarizing contractual documents, and maintaining credentialing and licensing records for PHS entities.
The role requires managing multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, exercising initiative and judgment in administrative and legal tasks.
5-7 years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare law (Medicare, Medicaid, credentialing, licensing), preferably multistate. Must have a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, and a clear, concise writing style. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups and develop rapport across organizational levels.
