Job summary

This Real Estate Paralegal will be a key driver of our lease buyout initiative. You will be responsible for a wide range of real estate matters, including:

• Real Estate Contract Documentation: Create, revise, and manage real estate documents.
• Title Review and Due Diligence: Order and review title reports, working to resolve title issues necessary for transaction closing. Resolve project due diligence.
• Research: General research and analysis of real estate issues.

Key characteristics to be successful in this role

• Proficiency in drafting standard real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Ability to review and analyze complex real estate contracts and transaction documents.
• Experience in managing and closing real estate transactions, including title and due diligence processes.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
