Selby Jennings is seeking a Director of Real Estate Operations in Dallas to lead the operations of a diversified real estate portfolio for a well‑capitalized family office. The role covers budgeting, valuations, governance, property management oversight, and growth of the platform.

You will directly support ownership and the Managing Director, building a high‑impact operating partner relationship and team over time.

Formación

5–10 years of CRE experience across asset management, property management, or operations.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
Ability to read leases, operating agreements, loan documents, and property records.

Responsabilidades

Drive asset and portfolio performance through budgeting, business planning, capital planning, NOI analysis, and operational oversight.
Partner with ownership on reporting, portfolio valuations, distributions, governance, and strategic decisions.
Oversee third‑party property management, leasing activities, consultants, vendors, and contractors across assets.
Lead ownership reporting, budgeting, cash management, and coordination with accounting, tax, legal, and insurance teams.
Establish best‑in‑class processes, records management, compliance programs, and operational controls.
Provide an operator's perspective on development projects and help transition them to operations.
Spearhead technology, document management, cybersecurity, and operations infrastructure.
