Job summary

Prevail Recruiting in Nashville, TN is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee companywide operations for a residential real estate investment firm. This hands-on leadership role partners with the CEO to translate strategy into actionable priorities and execution.

You will manage operations across acquisitions, construction, dispositions, and admin, own the operating P&L approximately $25M+, and lead Salesforce-enabled reporting to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Strong real estate industry experience, preferably in residential real estate investment, homebuying, renovation and resale.
• Direct P&L responsibility for a business with approximately $25 million or more in annual revenue.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with using reports, dashboards and workflows to manage business performance.
• Experience leading companywide operations and developing department leaders.
• Ability to work in the Nashville office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee companywide operations across acquisitions, construction and renovation, dispositions, transaction coordination, marketing, and administrative support.
• Serve as the senior operational leader in the office, providing accessible leadership and timely decisions.
• Translate business objectives into department plans with clear owners, deadlines, and measurable outcomes.
• Improve communication and handoffs throughout the property lifecycle, from acquisition through renovation, resale, and closing.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks affecting timelines, costs, inventory turnover, and team performance.
