Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in real estate investments or private equity.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Source and originate investment opportunities in real estate.
• Lead underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Develop relationships with brokers, lenders, and developers.
